Elham has been practicing law in Bahrain for the past 18 years. She had obtained her law degree (L.L.B.) from the Arab University of Beirut in 1989. Elham has been admitted to both the Court of Cassation and the Constitutional Court and is a member of the Bahrain Bar Association, International Bar Association, International Trademark Association, National Committee of International Chamber of Commerce, and the Center of Commercial Arbitration for the GCC Countries.

Elham is a general practice lawyer accustomed to dealing with and advising multi-national organizations, governments, institutions, and high net-worth individuals. She is fluent in Arabic, English, Farsi, and French.

Essa Jawahery

Essa obtained his law degree (L.L.B. with Honours) in 2005 from Anglia Law School in Essex, U.K. He has also obtained a Post-Graduate degree in Legal Practice (PGLP) from Oxford Institute of Legal Practice. He is a member of Anglia Lawyers’ Society, where he held the position of Treasurer for 2 consecutive years, and the University of Oxford Lawyers’ Society.

Essa is a legal consultant who is specialized in advising on Company formation, Estates, Employment, Intellectual Property, Internet, Media and Technology, Franchising, Joint Ventures, and General Corporate Practice. He is fluent in Arabic, English, and Farsi.

Sara Jawahery

Sara has obtained her law degree (LLB with Honours) in 2004 from London Metropolitan University in London, U.K. She is currently in the process of qualifying to be licensed as a Barrister in Bahrain.

Sara has worked at the Telecommunication Regulatory Authority in Bahrain from March 2006 – June 2006 as a lawyer in the Legal Affairs Unit. She was involved in advising the General Director with respect to various local law matters. Sara then joined the legal department at Liquidity Management Centre (Bahrain) in 2006; a company established for the purpose of facilitating the investment of the surplus funds of Islamic banks and financial institutions into quality short and medium term financial instruments structured in accordance with the Islamic Shari'a principles.

Sara has been listed in the 2007 edition of Legal 500 – Europe, Middle East & Africa as highly recommended by clients. Sara is fluent in Arabic and English.

Hassan M. Khair El Nour

Hassan obtained his law degree (L.L.B.) in 1988 from the University of Cairo. He has also obtained a Post-Graduate degree in Private Law for El Nileen University in 1998. He holds a legal professional certification from Sudan and is a Notary (Commission of Oaths). He is a member of the Sudanese Bar Association and was admitted to practice in 1990.

Hassan drafts and handles submissions made to the courts. He is also a general practice legal consultant specialized in advising on Civil law, Employment, Insurance, Litigation, Insolvency, and Criminal claims.

Hassan is fluent in both Arabic and English.

Huda A. Hijris

Huda obtained her law degree (L.L.B.) for the Arab University of Beirut in 1995. She has been admitted to both the Court of Cassation and the Constitutional Court and is a member of the Bahrain Bar Association

Huda is a senior lawyer who advises on Family, Litigation, Estates, Property & Construction, and Private Law matters. She is fluent in both Arabic and English.

Batool Al Halwaji

Batool obtained her law degree from the University of Bahrain in 2005. She is a trainee who is to be admitted to practice in 2007. Since joining the firm, Batool has been actively handling litigation before the Court of First Instance and the Court of Execution in the areas of Employment, Labour, Insurance, and Telecommunication. She has also been handling dispute resolution and intellectual property oppositions.

Batool is fluent in Arabic.

Wafa Al Saleh

Wafa obtained her law degree from the University of Montreal in Canada. She had been working at the United Nations Program in Tehran, Iran, prior to joining the firm.

Wafa has been advising on Construction, Property, Civil Law, Intellectual Property, and Franchising. She is accustomed to reviewing and drafting contracts of an International nature and advising on their compliance with Bahrain law. Wafa has also been advising on International Fraud claims against individuals and companies present in Bahrain.

She speaks Arabic, English, French, and Farsi.

Suhair Yousif Al Saleh

Suhair obtained her law degree (L.L.B.) from the University of Albasrah, Iraq. She taught law at a prestigious institute for 15 years in Iraq prior to commencing private practice. She is a legal consultant who is specialised in Civil and Criminal proceedings.

Suhair is fluent in Arabic and has a working knowledge of English.
